There are over 430,000 children in foster care in the United States. 100,000 to 300,000 children are at risk each year in the US of being trafficked or sexually exploited. There are so many gaps in the system supposedly created and designed to prevent, provide, and protect. SheMeHer has taken on the mission to fill those gaps by educating and raising awareness. 

SHEMEHER was birth out of humility and a keen sense of awareness. As I looked in the faces of those bruised battered, broken in spirit and desperate for a lifeline, I realized that in some instances I was looking at me. SHEMEHER is pro-advocacy and takes pride in teaching others that regardless of how you were raised/reared, or what you were taught, every human has the right to life, freedom, and safety.
